I have the new Ripsaw card now after I sold my old Elgato HD. The Ripsaw card was from my friend and I used it before and it worked perfectly a few months ago with the same OBS already installed, from there I ended up buying it due to the 1080p / 60fps that my previous card (Elgato HD) could not support. The problem with the OBS with Ripsaw is the preview: It lasts for a few seconds and suddenly the preview freezes. I found it very strange, since before it worked quietly without problems and was much better than the Elgato HD.
Here are some additional details:
* Ripsaw is plugged into the same USB 3.0 port I used before when I borrowed it and it worked normally.
* A few months ago I put the SSD, is that the problem? With the Elgato HD it worked normally.
* I already uninstalled the 64 bit version and tried with 32 bits of OBS and it remains the same.
* My PC has 16GB of RAM.
* With Elgato HD, the preview worked perfectly.
What is happening, since before it worked perfectly? Help me!!
