Preview doesnt change scene

Hello everyone, since this morning I have been facing the following issue: after starting OBS, I only see one scene in the preview - in my case, my break scene. Clicking on another scene doesn't change the preview. It's like a permanent background image that sits on top of every scene. Is this a bug? Even after updating to version 30.0.2, there is no improvement. I would prefer not to reinstall OBS. I changed the czene collection to another profile and it works perfect there. back to my main scene collection its still "frozen"

What happens if you change to studio mode, switch to a different scene and click the "transition" button? If it works this way, try switching off studio mode again and see if scenes are switched again correctly.

You can also duplicate your current scene collection to create a backup, then switch to the duplicate and start deleting scenes and sources to see if this is somehow related to some scene or source. If you're finished and found out what it was, switch to your original collection and apply the fix.

Thx for the answer:

I installed a second portable OBS and inserted the collections there. They worked right away. So, I simply selected and copied all sources, deleted the scene, recreated it, and pasted everything back in. Now it's working again. Strangely, it didn't want to reinsert two image files. I then manually reinserted them afterwards. Unfortunately, the tip with the Studio mode did not work. OBS is a wonder, and you see something new every day."

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. I just had a situation where I could macros were unable to switch to two of my four scenes despite everything working perfectly 12 hours before without any changes. Reinstalling OBS fixed the issue, though I had to re-program all of the macros which was annoying.

Spoke too soon. Had it working fine last night but after closing OBS last night and re-opening it today the bug has re-appeared with a fresh install. No idea what is causing this or how to fix it.

I just had this exact problem today. The issue was that I had accidentally added the scene to "Downstream Keyer". thereby pasting it overtop of all other scenes.
crisis averted.
