Question / Help Preview causes main monitor to feel like my second monitor

Whenever I stream and my OBS preview is enabled it causes my main monitor, 144hz, to feel like it's 60hz, my second monitor. Why does it do that?

A fix is disabling the preview or minimizing the window, but I'd like to see my preview.

Hi,
This is Windows 10 issue.
If you have any animation (video, gif, notification...) on your second monitor, your 144hz down to 60hz.
There is no fix atm.
I keep Windows 7 cause of this since many years.
Some people say if you set your screen to 120hz or play your game in full screen it fixes the problem, but I never tried.
