To clarify:

To capture the desktop on a laptop with two GPUs, you need to be running on the integrated GPU. R1CH's post above shows how to make that change. This part of the logfile shows why your capture is failing:

19:25:15.683: Adapter 0: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
19:25:15.683: Dedicated VRAM: 2107703296
19:25:15.683: Shared VRAM: 4236013568
19:25:15.683: Driver Version: 26.21.14.4575
19:25:15.683: output 0: pos={0, 0}, size={1920, 1080}, attached=true, refresh=60, name=
19:25:15.683: Adapter 1: Intel(R) HD Graphics 630
19:25:15.683: Dedicated VRAM: 134217728
19:25:15.683: Shared VRAM: 4236013568
19:25:15.684: Driver Version: 25.20.100.6373
19:25:15.696: Loading up D3D11 on adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (0)

OBS above is running on your GeForce card. Desktop capture can't work on your machine in this mode. It needs to be running on the Intel GPU.
