Question / Help Pre-Recording A Video To Be "Lived" Stream To Facebook Live

Instead of live streaming our church service on Sunday mornings in realtime, we are going to record them during the week and "live" stream the recording at the appropriate time. My question is what video file type to edit to (mp4, AVI, etc), what resolution (1080P, 720P, etc.), what bitrate if MP4 and any other factors to consider when editing the raw recording. My camera has the following recording modes: 1080 60i, 1080 30P, 1080 24P, 720 60P, 720 30P, and 720 24P. Thank you
