Pre configured OBS install

Is it possible to send someone a single file that installs OBS and any preconfigured profile and/or scenes?
OR
Can OBS settings be changed remotely or linked to some external file?

Before you tell me uploading a profile is easy, you should know these are mostly seniors. Simple profile uploads seems to always need my help.

This may help.. I used it to copy my config to a new computer...
Just install the OBS new and then follow this tutorial and you should be fine...

Question / Help - Moving OBS from W7 to W10

I am using Windows 7 and would like to be able to move my profiles and program settings over to W10 from W7.. My scenes and sources I will re-build manually. I would like to avoid going through the hassle of setting up my profiles again.. Is there profile or settings folder I can just move over...
