powerpoint slide show is not properly shown in the OBS window for presentation. almost always, show only the slide view. Help please.

Make sure that your Window Capture source is capturing the window of the fullscreen presentation.
In this example you see the Dutch MS Office version, but it shows that there are two PowerPoint windows: select the presentation window.
If you cannot capture the presentation window, make sure Capture Method is not set to Automatic but to Windows 10 method.
