PowerPoint presentation not responding

I tried to find similar issues but nothing came up. I tried to run our services from church last night and on many of my scenes I wanted a camera and PowerPoint. I selected the presentation window and it showed the first slide as expected but as the PowerPoint moved slides only the first slide showed on the feed. If I changed the window to show me the main PowerPoint it responds without issue. We are using a windows 10 machine. I have done similar on a Mac without issue. Any ideas?

So ... are you trying to control PPT from a Windows Capture of the PPTx slide show? that isn't supposed to work
OBS is showing the content, not having/allowing you to interact with the app being displayed (some Browser capture being an exception)
Search on PowerPoint and you will see a recent discussion in this forum on you exact same issue, and my more detailed response for my House of Worship use of PPT for Service Bulletin for last year

short version - when you want to interact with PPT, interact with its App window, not a display of the app in OBS

just curious, on the Mac were you using OBS, or another video compositing tool?
