Hello,
Im using obs to stream services. We use power point and up till now it hasn't been a issue as we didn't have our big screens on in church. I have basically a 3 monitor setup one has the camera controls and YouTube info on it one i use for just obs and the "3rd" is the out put to the projectors. Is there a way to capture and control a power point with out it being in windowed mode?

Isn't the output to the projectors what you want to capture?
Yes i have the power point out there on the projectors but its in windowed mode and i dont want it in windowed mode. The only way obs will capture and allow me to change slides is to use windowed mode. I was looking to see if there was another way to control it and capture it not in window mode.

We do not have a three screen setup (no big screens in our church). We only use the presentation for our livestream. But by describing this, I hope it will give you some insights to draw parallels and to solve your issues.

We run OBS Studio fullscreen at the laptop screen. At the external monitor we run the presentation program (currently LibreOffice but working on Microsoft PowerPoint). When te program is in presentation mode, the fullscreen presentation is at the laptop screen behind OBS.

In OBS we do a Window Capture of that fullscreen presentation. At the LibreOffice program window at the external monitor we can peek what the next slide is and control the presentation with mouse or arrow keys. With PowerPoint this will be similar.

The reason for our desire to swith from LibreOffice to PowerPoint is the ability to control the slides from within OBS:

This eases the process drastically since we then no longer need to Alt+Tab or mouse move back and forth between OBS and the presentation.
