Powerpoint displayed lagging/buffered in Microsoft teams when using OBS record function

Hi

I am using OBS with Microsoft Teams for powerpoint presentation

Noticed, when using OBS recording function, the display of powerpoint and screen on Microsoft teams are lagging. Things are smooth back when I stop and not using the OBS recording.

Any suggestion?
