Bug Report Potential OBS Caching issue?

I'm using Scoreboard Assistant to update text fields during my stream, and the application also has a feature to update image files that OBS can monitor. I want to use the picture feature to update character selections or possibly country flag icons for players competing at tournaments that I stream. Scoreboard assistant will consistently update the image files without issue, but OBS will only display a couple of image changes before any subsequent image changes fail to be registered

He said that it sounds like an OBS Caching issue, but I have no clue how I would go about fixing this problem

Honestly I would use Node CG, create a web interface for pulling up/selecting/entering stuff, and Browser Source to display it.

That said, there has been some discussion about this very issue and potential ways to address it... but nothing concrete (i.e. code) that I know of has come from it.
