Is there a way to record my gameplays more smoother? I have a potato laptop (Asus X456UQ)

• Processor. Intel® Core™ i5 6200U 2.3GHz Processor,
• Operating System. Windows 10 64Bit.
• Memory. 4GB DDR4 2133 MHz SDRAM.
• Display. 14.0" 16:9 HD (1366x768)
• Graphic. NVIDIA® GeForce® 940MX with 2GB GDDR3 VRAM.
• Storage. - 1TB HDD 5400 RPM.
• Optical Drive. Super-Multi DVD.
• Card Reader. 3 -in-1 card reader ( SD/ SDHC/ SDXC)

I'm sorry if it's not this, I do admit I don't do proper google searches and also not a tech guy... please tell me if this isn't what your asking for by "log from recording" (i did log files > upload last log file)

Update Windows
Update OBS
Run OBS as admin
Switch from x264 encoding to Nvenc, and use CQP for rate control (for quality level, start with 23 and move from there -- lower values are higher quality)
