Question / Help Possible to stream with low amount of download bandwidth

Hello

My upload and download speed are good to stream with but I can only
download around 40GB/month. It it possible to stream? Or will it drain everything in a couple of days?

Streaming with for example 2500 Kbps Video + 128 Kbps Audio would use

~ 1.15488 gigabytes per hour.
