Question / Help Possible to stream mumble while still using push to talk?

I'd like to configure OBS so I can use PTT but still allow other people on mumble to be heard through the stream even when I am not keying up. Is this possible?

PushToTalk decides when your voice is sent or not, it has no affect on the sound output of mumble.
So I guess the answer would be, yes?
