Question / Help Possible to set a schedule for streaming?

I'm looking to set a live stream of my pond on ustream but to save on bandwidth I was thinking maybe I could stream between 6am and 9pm. Instead of 24/7.

Is there any way to set OBS so it will automatically do that?

So I don't have to start the stream every morning and turn it off every night?

Not directly from obs, I think you would have to program background application to manage that.
