Question / Help Possible to res-downscale 1.10,1.25,1.35 etc?

Like the title says, I just can't seem to figure out how I could for example play at 1920x1080 but stream at 1600x900.

Is it possible?

Just put 1600x900 as your base resolution and click "fit to screen" or ctrl+f.
