Possible to put 2 colors on sides of camera?

Is it possible to put Red on left side of my camera and Cyan on the right using LUTs or filters?

You could try and make 2 still images with color where you want it and the rest alpha channel so its transparent. Export as PNG or something else that supports alpha channel and bring the image into your scene above the corresponding video source.
