Question / Help Possible to avoid using a mixer for two-pc setup when using a dac/amp for primary sound?

I have a ODac and O2 amp that I use as my "sound card" for my gaming pc. Dac connects via usb to gaming pc, outputs via rca (or 3.5mm, I believe) to my amp. All the guides I've read for setting up audio on two-pc setups seemed to always use onboard audio/sound card and not an external dac. I don't have a way to clone my audio to my gpu's hdmi like you can do with a soundcard's stereo mix. Is there a way to easily do this without buying extra equipment like a mixer or whatnot? I don't have much experience with virtual audio cable, but would that work in some way?

All I do is use a simple Y cable on my surround fronts, and put one end of the split to my headphones, the other to my streaming PC's sound card's line in. As for the microphone, I have two side by side, one goes to the streaming PC always on (unless I push the physical button on it to turn it off), the other goes to my gaming PC (where I can use push to talk).
