Possible solution for Mobile AMD users

Hello everyone!

Firstly, I just would like to thank you for such an awesome tool like OBS.

Secondly, here's some feedback from an old user.

I usually streamed from my laptop, a Dell Inspiron 15R Special Edition, which has an intel graphics card and also an AMD Radeon 7730M dedicated one.

As far as I can tell, older versions - like 0.473b - worked better for me, since they didn't "recognize and select" the GPU that OBS would use.
So, back with the older versions, I could stream easily, and do high quality videos for youtube.
Since the newer versions can't recognize my dedicated GPU, I would like to do a recomendation for the OBS developer team.

Perhaps, you could study a way to make 2 versions of OBS, one more suitable for desktop computers, and another one for mobile computers.
Or even study the older versions (0.473b) and find out what made the older version run smoothly using my dedicated GPU and what has changed for the newer versions that select the gpu that makes streaming and recording impracticable for myself.

Thanks guys!
