Question / Help Position problem

I decided to record with OBS in 480p, but I have a problem: when I start, I see that it records just the up-left corner.If I increase the resolution, the surface recorded increase, and inverse. How can I set to record all the screen with 480p?

I find a way, like I said, but I have another problem: my monitor resolution is 1366x768 and at the downscale I cant find another 16:9 resolution. I can put 780x438, but it looks not very good. What should I do. All I want is downscale 854x480. Cam you help me?
