Portable OBS?

Can we have a portable version of OBS? I use the older version to keep it portable ( The newer one's doesn't work ) By portable I mean that you can put it on USB.

Can you elaborate on how to use -portable switch? I'm not very computer savvy so detailed elaboration please? I've googled extensively and can find nothing about how to. Thanks!
