Sounds like you need a display with a higher vertical resolution or one much closer to the height of the settings window which is about 710 pixels. Can you post a full screenshot of what you see when you are in the settings?

The window can't be made any smaller than it already is, sorry. Most likely you have your windows set to use a higher DPI than default for fonts/UI elements, if this is necessary I suggest either getting glasses or a better screen.

You can just press Enter to close the dialog and save the settings anyway, so there's really no problem saving the settings even if you can't see the button.

You can look at the properties of the OBS.exe file (right click>properties) and choose the compatibility tab. I would suggest just to run the "compatibility troubleshooter" until windows finds a solution you are happy with. At the bottom of this tab is also an option that reads " Disable display scaling on high DPI resolutions." You can try toggling this option and then running the program. A more in-depth explanation of how this works can be found herehttp://www.pcworld.com/article/2098...s-desktop-look-good-on-high-dpi-displays.html
Posting on my iPhone, sorry for any typos. I hope this helps you.
