Question / Help Pop sound with Push-to-Talk

I'm having an issue where there is a "pop" or "click" sound just before and/or just after I talk with PTT. I do not know why, but I have tried a few things to fix this. I have made sure that it is using my only input device. I've also tried setting it to the Default Device which is the same input device. I've tried turning off other programs that use my microphone such as Skype and Mumble. Yet no matter what I do, there is still a pop sound created. It also seems to only be in the right speaker for whatever reason. I know it's not just my headset either because there's no pop for anything else I do except when using OBS.

Has anyone else had this issue, and is there some sort of fix for this that still leaves me using PTT because I can't have constant broadcast or voice activity on during these broadcasts. I appreciate any and all help.

Well, you can hear it on my Twitch.TV channel in my few broadcasts, but tomorrow I can record a short video of just me running through the motions. If the current ones I have will suffice, I recommend the 8/16 video located here - http://www.twitch.tv/delta_105/b/446857601 (because it only has voice audio as I'm still a newb to this stuff). I start talking pretty quickly in it at 0:27 where it pops. Then it pops when I stop at 0:30 and keeps on doing it every time I speak.
