I have pixels on my stream with sharp movements and dynamic scenes on YouTube and on twitch. I tried changing the bitrate, presets, resolution and everything else that could be changed, but nothing helped.

Below I attached pictures with stream quality and my obs settings(for twitch) Please help me

This is completely normal and everyone lives with it).
The more dynamic and high graphics in the game, the worse the quality will be and vice versa.

All you can do for twitch is to reduce the output resolution to 936p, 900p, 864p. The lower is better quality.
Lowering the frame rate will also improve quality, but it's best not to sacrifice smoothness. This is true only for some genres of games.

For YouTube, on the contrary, you need to use 2K resolution, so that YouTube compresses your stream with the VP9 codec, the quality will be much better. For YouTube, you need to use much higher bitrate values.

I have already explained this many times, so just check out the previous answers to understand how things work.
Also make sure that your stream is sent stably, no network drops, no encoder overload. Enable high performance modes in Windows, Nvidia control panel, give OBS admin rights.

I set resolution to 2k, create a broadcast key with 2k resolution, try to lowering the frame rate. I don't have network drops and encoder overload, i'm enabled high perfomance mode and give admin right to OBS but it's not help to me.

Even if the quality is very bad on the medium x264 preset, I don’t even know. Either a preconceived notion, or there really is something wrong.

Try to record a video and compare it with the broadcast on twitch, the quality should be exactly the same. You can start streaming and recording at the same time by pressing a hotkey. In my practice, there was a case when the user simply overestimated the expected result.

I recoded a video and stream. The quality is different, but it deteriorates when the camera turns.

I don't think there's anything else that can be done. Your stream looks pretty good, but it looks like the graphics settings in the game make the picture look bad.

Я не думаю, что есть что-то еще, что можно сделать. Ваш стрим выглядит неплохо, но похоже настройки графики в игре портят картинку.
Then I'll try to change the game settings, thank you.

I'm tried to change the settings, it's not help. All my stream is pixilated, i don't know what's wrong with this. I streaming ~1 year ago and all look nice in this game.
