I have been streaming on and off for a couple of years now. I only have a small viewer base of friends because of my poor stream quality.
My PC/OBS/Internet Specs:

Watch around the 20-35 second area to really see the problem. In WoW it is bearable to watch, but if I play a FPS it is impossible to watch.
I thought maybe it was because the bandwidth may be limited for streamers with low views, so I went to the botton of the WoW players streaming list, and even people playing with 0 views had crystal clear quality.

- GTX 760
- 60MBps/4MBps Speed Resultstest
- 1920x1080x Resolution(Have tried all the way down to 480)
- 2200 Bitrate (have tried 1300-3500)
- 30fps
- Also streaming to the closest location to me (US: Ashburn, VA)
