Hello this may have already been answered here.

Please what bits do I use on obs to have a green stream health


My upload speed is 18mbps and I am connected via etranet.

I did a test via dpc latency checker and it confirms my laptop can be used for continuous stream

Please help

Red stream health means your connection to the server you're streaming to is not keeping up with the bitrate you have selected. The results on a generic speedtest, or the claims of an ISP for connection speed aren't really relevant.

You can try selecting a different ingest server, or complain to your ISP about service, or check and make sure that you don't have any bad drivers, faulty cabling, misconfigured router, or firewall software that might be degrading your network performance.

If you are streaming to Twitch you can use TwitchTest to select the best ingest server for you.
