I recently started recording videos for my yt but the quality on them is lower than 1080p. I searched for the most optimal settings & those didnt work. The analyzer also doesnt show anything wrong. Any ideas whats wrong?

specs:
EVGA RTX 3060 XC 12GB
Ryzen 7 5700G 3.8GHz 16 Core
32GB 3200MHz RAM
Windows 11

I had a similar trouble. However... It's happnening to the "video" recording (v. output ?).

The FPS / video is pretty weird.. It works for a few seconds, but then it drops frames, stutters, freezes, etc... weird shit.

My Specs aren't that high, but it used to work fine.

Ryzen 5 - 1600 - stock clock
16 gb - Hyper X 2666 CL 15
only SSDs
RTX 2060 - GALAX 1-click OC

Recently I got an ultrawide monitor, I thought maybe it could be some problem with compatibility.

Use CQP for the Rate Control instead of CBR. Start with whatever the default is. Lower number = higher quality.

for me that entirely broke recording, recordings are stuck on the first frame show in black & white & they flash

it did for me. I was shocked as well.
Try the other stuff i.e. getting away from CBR which is mainly for streaming? Try the other options as suggested. I have a rtx306 in a laptop. it will do 1080p just fine with only camera. I have 3 cameras and have to drop the resolution to get them all running. This is a Windows11 thing as far as I can tell. Looks like you are trying to record a game vs me recording musical instrument practice sessions with 3 cameras and 2 audio interfaces. The guides should get you close but as always it will be a fair amount of trial and error after that to get things tweaked up.
