i have an fx 6300,750ti,1440x900 display
can you make me some settings?

That log file doesn't contain any recording attempts, or much of anything for that matter. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

11:27:55: Using custom x264 settings: "crf=X"
11:27:55: The custom x264 command 'crf=X' failed

Quote from the Guide
"
Custom x264 parameters: crf=X
Where X is anywhere from 1-20, lower being higher quality / higher CPU usage. A good place to start is the 15 - 20 range. A CRF of 0 enables lossless recording which will have very high file size and CPU requirements and introduces compatibility issues, so be careful!"

I usually use crf=18

Other than that its your decision now how did the recording come out? any Quality imporvement?

there was a litle bit but on youtube same, poor quality

Failing to follow the guide properly will always give you bad quality.

Do a new log showing you ACTUALLY following the guide.

Also, using youtube for quality checks is BAD PRACTICE.
