Poor/No Connection

For two years now, I have successfully been streaming Services in my church, using OBS (latest version). The setup is nothing fancy, just a regular PC and one static Mevo camera, and a few lyrics and screenshots during the service. The stream is running through YouTube. All has been fine until the last two weeks, when the connection has gotten really bad, with complete freezes for 5 minutes and more.

The wi-fi in the church is strong, and no-one else has the password so there are no contention issues that I'm aware of. But anyway, I went into church yesterday - there on my own - and the problem persisted. YouTube tells me I have an Excellent Connection for a couple of minutes, then drops to Poor Connection, and the stream freezes.

At home, with a very similar setup (same camera, same version OBS on PC), everything is fine, with a persistent Excellent Connection.

So, I assume that the Mevo and OBS are both fine and working properly - hoping that someone may be able to point me in the right direction for a fix?

RULE1 DON`T STREAM OVER WIFI !!!

Try a Wired conection problem is wifi is a shared media and other wifis have impact of yours.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Thanks Cyclemat for your reply… as you see from my post, my setup has worked perfectly over wi-fi for two years now, and I am the only person using the network, also have the same problem when I am the only one in the building (and no other buildings within range…)

yes, I should post a log and I’ll do that tomorrow.
 
Log file please. Look in help menu. Upload the file (take a look at the analize) and copy the link here.
