Question / Help Poor Audio Quality

Sure is. And you have noisy environment. You need silent room with a lot off soft furniture and other sound absorbers.
 
Kruta Kot!! Thanks Suslik V!!, But I have an incredibly quite room. this noise is not in the room. For example, when i talk on skype the sound quality is perfect. so why would it be a problem on OBS?

Try to remove all the the sources but the 'Audio Input Capture' (if needed, set to disabled all devices in Settings>Audio).

Make sure that the device for recordings doesn't has any enhancements (Windows --> Recording devices, Recording tab, Properties, Enhancements, Levels, Advanced etc. settings).

Skype uses auto level control, noise reduction, echo reduction etc. You shouldn't compare raw record to filtered audio. Of course, you can add some filters in OBS Studio itself.
 
I can confirm, this is due to Windows --> Recording devices, Recording tab, Properties, Enhancements settings. Disable all enhancements. The true sound is noisy a lot for laptops mic (don't be afraid, you'll need Noise Suppression and then Gain or Compression filters of the OBS Studio).
