Poor audio quality when recording / streaming

After running some tests, I'm pretty confident that my audio quality loss is occurring not from the source or audio interface but from within OBS. I've checked through all my settings and I think I should expecting decent quality audio. From what I'm seeing in posts, it might have something to do with my encoder settings? Here's my log, if anyone could help.. Thanks!

To describe what I mean by "poor quality"--it sounds like a recording of a recording (a little distant / filtered, with very little bass on the low end). I'm able to successfully record good quality audio using my audio interface into other recording software, but not in OBS.
