pngtuber is slightly translucent

I've messed with every opacity setting I can find, yet my cute little octopus remains translucent. I want him to cover the other source totally opaque-ly instead. I have found nothing online so it's probably super obvious lol. Pls help!

Thank you. I had already tried opacity on my color key filter, but it turned out to be my similarity and smoothness both being too high. My octopus is now opaque
