Plugins won't load

With the new update everything seems to have gone haywire, and I cannot locate the menu to find the plugins as before. It simply says, "The following plugins failed to load. ... Please update or remove these plugins." The ones I'm concerned about are the OBS Websocket plugins. I was using StreamControl on my Android device (Google Pixel 4) to remotely control OBS during live streams, but it won't connect now. I'm fairly certain the reason is because the Websocket plugins won't load. These seems like a fairly easy fix, but I'm probably not searching for the right thing. Any suggestions? Log attached.

Okay. So I interpret this link to mean I should read that more carefully. I was in a hurry this evening before a regular live stream trying to figure this out, so I skimmed the post about the Websocket, trying to get the pertinent info. I saw a download, and tried to download v5.0.1. If I have OBS 28, does that mean I don't need that plugin anymore? I had also downloaded and installed the v4.9 compat to try to get it to talk to StreamControl.

Long story short, it looks like I didn't need to do any of that to get it to work on OBS's end. Does this mean this is a problem with the app that can't talk to the new Websocket? If so, what app(s) would?

It's all well and good until I get instructions like this, and they don't match.

So how can I change (or even know) the websocket settings?
