Question / Help Plugins (oh no!)

First off, I'm aware that the existing windows plugins don't work with the mac obs.
Also, I don't like macs. c:

Is there a FAQ on creating plugins? A while back, I tried creating a C# plugin for OBS and failed miserably...
Is anyone out there planning to make plugins for mac? (like that video source plugin. looks fun)

Also, I think the work y'all are doing on OBS is awesome. I have yet to get it up and running, but it looks really promising.
 
Plugins are dynamic libraries, and they can be created in any language that supports a C interface. It's a bit difficult if you don't really know what you're doing, but we'll probably add scripting as well some time later.
 
Hi,
I was trying to connect my IP camera on my MAC. I tried the media source plugin, but I didn't work. Is there a video source plugin for mac. I downloaded the video source zip file, but I am not sure if it contains plugins for MAC. Which files do I need and I suppose they need to be copied under the plugin folder, right?
