Question / Help Plugin VS Newtek NDI Tools 4.1 Suite

I installed NDI Tools 4.1 by mystake. Should I remove it before installing the plugin or just use it instead.
I am planning to stream 2 Windows laptops (1 for my Cam and Audio and the other for Browser display of Online Performances) through a windows desktop ( all Ethernet of course)
"Simplest" setup works best for me - please advise.

I am using NDI 4.1 without issue. If you don't have a problem, don't remove anything.

You need the runtime and the plugin both anyway. The tools are optional.
