Question / Help Plugin Request

Ok, I made a post on this way back (https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/plugin-request.29137).

Basically...
I'm playing Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and every time I have an encounter, I want to be able to easily press a hotkey to count up by 1 or reset the counter.

Where can I find a plugin for that?
The one in the thread above won't work for me.

Just use AutoHotkey or something to increment the value in a text file, and pull that into OBS as a text layer set to 'watch file'.

Rather have my own plugin for a simple counter specifically with +1 & Reset hotkeys.
