Question / Help Plugin Fails?

Why do I have so many failures? Is this why I am only getting still frames with audio? I can't dumb the games down any further; it's like old school runescape or mahjong titans or solitaire. This has never been a problem previous. I still have some big files to prove it if necessary and I still have the yt counterparts. What is happening here?

I don't know what happened to my pc, but I dropped my fps down to 20, switched my encoder to software low cpu usage and so far, it seems to have fixed this. I have also used forced scaling to 1280x720 on both presets and in scene capture. I also swapped my directx to 11 instead of 9 because that's what the game is running off.
