PLS help

hello my obs has a problem and that is that it doesn't capture the desktop audio when I have headphones but when I take them off everything works fine and I don't know what to do, and it's not the configuration because it's in default and I have a new pc

I suspect this is most likely this is how you've set up (or Windows default) Sounds settings, and whatever sound optimization app your PC vendor may have installed??
but I'm a newbie, so don't consider this authoritative
