Question / Help pls help me ,when i use the capture card,the Audio problem

i used osprey 460e card to capture,vedio is all good and when i preview the capture audio is good,but when i publish to live stream (adobe media server5),the audio will repeat Constantly until the audio Chaos.(video is correct and perfect).
pls help me to solve the problem or give me the solution!

May we see a video example of the problem, along with a log file? Also, I did not entirely understand. You're not watching your own stream while streaming, I hope?

log is in attactments.
i can watching my stream by fms.but the stream's audio is not normal from fms.the voice will repeat Constantly until the audio Chaos(ex:stream start:the voice has "hello" when stream start,this will repeat in the whole process...)

Make sure you're not listening to the stream as well. If your audio is set to default device it will pick up anything coming through your computer, including the stream you are watching. Had the same problem when I first started streaming on Twitch. Muted my stream and poof, pro'lum solved.

Side note: Don't watch your stream while streaming. The less work the cpu has to do, the better.
