Question / Help Pls halp

Hi, I keep getting disconnected randomly and or dropping frames (biterate set to 4000 will spike to 12000 and then drop to 0 and then go back to 4000 and repeat). Some days it completely fine, today it wouldnt work at all. I have badass internet and a great gaming laptop. I've lowered bit rates, changed fps. Remove any custom Killer software and install only the driver.

How exactly does one remove custom killer software? And/or find/delete it? Thank you for responding :)
