Question / Help Please, Please help me this is killing my livelihood

I have been using OBS and I love it, ever since it came out. Now, no matter which version I try I am getting dropped frames and red signal no matter which settings, details, bit rate ANYTHING. I have been doing troubleshooting on google for 2 weeks to no avail, AND I AM NO STRANGER TO TROUBLESHOOTING. I am at my wit's end. Please help me. Here is a log, they all look the same. I usually stream at 3000/3000 successfully since August. I have lowered and raised this number considerably. I get the same results. I get 60 Mbs down and 11Mbs up.

I use Comcast but they have never throttled us before, we live off the beaten path and mostly have the connection all to ourselves without too much neighbor interference. I actually got on the phone with them and they said our stuff looked fine.

DiffProbe release. January 2012. Build 1008.

Uh oh, that ain't good. Something is majorly jacked up with your upload connection. Try running it a few times to see if you can get it to succeed?

Ran it 20 times, all the same. Also upload has been down from 11 to 5-6 for a month on speedtest.net

Did this just now, they say "everything looks fine on their end" I coerced them to send a tech out tomorrow. Lady on the phone says "You should be geting 45 up". Jesus Christ it's been 10 since August and 5 since last month. It HAS to be something equipment faulty. I especially hooked directly to their modem and ran the tests to get the same results. I hope the tech is cunning.

DUDE having the EXACT issue! I would post over there but I am not the account holder. Tech came out today, said the signals looked fine, but gave me the benefit of the doubt (cool guy), having the line techs come out and check the node. If it doesn't improve he's replacing the modem for us with a newer model.

I'm having this problem also since around New Years. Before New Years, I used to be able to stream at 1680*1050 with no issues. I had it set to 4000 up and 4000 down. I have no idea what happend since I haven't changed anything. I've tried the shaper probe program, and I get no issues there. (my broadband is 100 down and 10 up. My ISP is Comhem, Sweden)

It flickers over into red and the dropped frames are flying. It goes back to green, then a few seconds later, yellow, red. etc, etc. Keeps going like this. I've opened firewalls and set virus program to just to ignore OBS.

Right now, I have it uninstalled. Trying to find a way to completely remove OBS from my computer so I can do a fresh install, like it was never there. It remembers all my settings, even scene's and such if install a new copy. I don't know how to completely remove it.

The setting data is in %appdata% (paste that into your start/run), OBS folder, that's where all data is saved
