When I start filming cs:go or any games, on prievew and on rec. I have lag but in game I have 200 fps. I really try to fix this for like 2 month. PLS help i need to start my youtube filming for my youtube channel.

Post a logfile from a recording session at least 30 seconds in length where the issue was occurring, as it requests when you open a new topic in the support forum. There is a pinned thread at the top of this forum with directions on how to do so.

Also, don't all-bold your messages... it's just kind of annoying.

You are running your monitors at different refresh rates. There is a long-standing bug in Windows that causes lag/stutter/skip due to the desktop compositor process not dealing with multiple refresh rates with hardware-accelerated programs. Set both monitors to run at 60hz.
A fix is coming in Win10 2004, later this year or sometime next year.

You will also want to run OBS as Administrator if you are running your game without a framerate cap. You have some rendering delay in a few of the test recordings in that log, indicating that your GPU is overloaded and OBS is unable to handle all of its housekeeping tasks. Running OBS as Admin will allow it to take GPU priority over the game, and prevent that.

Post a new logfile from a recording attempt after making the corrections, we can't troubleshoot without that.
