PLEASE I NEED A SOLUTION

I cannot open obs studio, when I click on it my mouse shows the loading animation but nothing happnes, in task bar it shows for around 5 seconds and then it disappears, please i need to use (NOTE: Even other recording apps don't open like Streamlabs, Action or Bandicam)

You have these errors in your log file:

09:45:14.880: Failed to load 'en-US' text for module: 'decklink-ouput-ui.dll'
09:45:15.043: [AMF] Unable to load 'amfrt64.dll', error code 126.
09:45:15.045: [AMF] AMF Test failed due to one or more errors.
09:45:15.045: Failed to initialize module 'enc-amf.dll'

This suggests to me that certain systems files that are required by OBS are missing. Take a backup copy of your profile and settings folders. Then reinstall OBS. If this does not work uninstall it first and then restart, then reinstall and restart again for good measure. If you can open OBS after this then copy back your Settings and Profile folders and open OBS again. You should be back to normal.

Settings are in %appdata% right?

I finally got a solution, it was my windows account, i tried with another one and its perfectly working :)

What do you mean it was your windows account? What about your windows account caused the problem? (I'm having the same issue)
