As a woman with zero knowledge,can someone explain in simple language why my live streams started to have slow motion for 2 weeks that turned into almost frozen and now showing cartoon like image while my uplpad is above 150,i7 Windows,32GB... I have all settings same as usual and correct based on general knowledge and my internet and camera?

Please go to that link, follow the instructions and post a log file. Otherwise we probably won't be able to help you.
 
I think I sent now log files here and it was around the time it happened last time. Its been a problem since Dec 15th. Thank you
 
Per the directions on the log, you are supposed to include a recording and/or streaming session. The 23-05 log didn't include a session
the 21-15 log shows using QSV (Intel QuickSync) when you have a 2060 Super. Why aren't you using NVENC for encoder (offload from CPU)?

I see reference to Elgato - have you made sure there isn't a driver problem?

What are you doing for real-time monitoring of hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings?

Hi,thank you but I am not able to understand that science language but I did understand only to answer that I used Nvidia but was trying others to see if it helps but nothing helps. I paid someone who entered my laptop remotely and he updated my graphic card but I will only know in 2 days if it helped.
