PLEASE HELP! "Woops, OBS has crashed"

I can open and run OBS no problem but as soon as I press "Start Streaming" I get a crash alert (attached).
Not sure if it is related or not , but I also cannot right click the OBS app.

I have also attached my PC specs and the Crash log
