Question / Help Please help with streaming on twitch using obs.

when i talk through my mic it appears on stream fine, then it continues to repeat every 10 seconds or so for a minute, each repeat being more and more distorted...? any help please.

Don't listen to your own stream while streaming.

Then live with the echo or use a second device that doesn't feed into your main speakers/headphones.
