Question / Help Please help with OBS settings, Twitch streaming

So I use a iPhone 5s to stream Clash of Clans to twitch. I also use an Elgato game capture HD.

I have a upload speed of 4mb/s.
My preview stream runs of a solid 30fps.

I need help with syncing up my voice with the game. Does anyone know any setting that work well for them or they know work?

If you can recommend any other settings that could help that would be much appreciated!
