Hi I am totally new to streaming I am trying to stream my Dj sets over Twitch I have got everything set up as best I can the audio and video work and good quality in Obs studio, my issue is the video is lagging a lot in Twitch, I have tried all the settings on the internet but none of them have solved the issue.
I am using Traktor dj controller for audio and a jvc camcorder with capture card for video and they both work well in obs any help would be much appreciated, I ave attached the latest log files
