Question / Help Please help, OBS latest 2 updates, high encoding logs attached

Hi looking for help attached is my logs experiencing high encoding ever since latest 2 updates 22.0 I was fine for years up until the past few weeks.

Always been able to stream at 1080p 60fps at 9000EncodingKBPS not sure whats been going on but stream comes out a bit laggy now and I keep getting errors on OBS to check encoding settings too high.

Well, every other thread is about a similar situation as yours.

The log exhibits high frame loss due to rendering lag, which means your GPU is fully loaded.
The log also exhibits high frame loss due to encoding lag with x264, which means your CPU is fully loaded.
This means, OBS hasn't enough CPU and GPU power for itself to operate properly.
- make sure you're running nothing cpu-intensive besides OBS and your game
- don't run your game without fps limit. Cap its fps at 60 by activating vsync and/or by activating a fps limiter
- switch from x264 to nvenc. 1920x1080@60fps is very CPU-demanding, may be your CPU isn't able to handle it well in addition to the game. You could also lower the resolution to 1280x720.
