Bug Report PLEASE HELP... OBS KEEPS CRASHING

When i have setup my elgato to OBS i have done exactly as i was told to do on each website OBS and ELGATO... and this is what im getting when i try to preview my stream to see if my stream overlay looks okay ... i am running windows 7 64BIT...
